"Sometimes you have to go Wow(when someone or something makes a good impression on you)!!! I was looking for an Insurance agency that one feel comfortable walking in. Honestly, it all started 9 months ago when I called into Styzinski's State farm office and talked to Alex for my insurance needs and due to some circumstances I could not do business with them at the time but the comfort and honesty I sensed on the call, made me to get back to them as soon as the circumstances permit. I ended up working and interacting with 3 of the most amazing people, Wes, Aaron and Alex (listed in order of their age from youngest to the oldest) I know. They are all local to Crystal Lake with Crystal Lake Attitude (Calm, Kindness and honesty). I ended up taking my daughter a few days later to become a customer as well. It is not just because the rates are lower, it is because their customer service is second to none."

"I called Kelly who was very cheerful and professional. After collecting basic information, she transferred my call to Bryan. Bryan took the time to listen to my needs and walked through scenarios to help me understand my choices. He was extremely patient and explained some of the items multiple times. I signed up with the insurance (State Farm) company for home and auto, based on the stellar service I received, even though my current rates were very comparable. I highly recommend reaching out to Kelly or Bryan for you insurance needs."
